RenoFlavone™ - pro-genistein/cardiovascular disease
RenoFlavone™ holds patents related to the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis across the US, EU, JP, KR, and TW. Recently, it has gained attention for its potential use in marijuana-induced heart problems. Δ9-THC, its main component, triggers vascular inflammation, oxidative stress, and atherosclerosis through cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1R). Genistein blocks harmful cardiovascular effects of Δ9-THC while maintaining beneficial effects like sedation and pain relief.
RenoCidin™ - pro-hesperetin/anti-aging and longevity
CISD2, a pro-longevity gene, mediates healthspan in mammals. CISD2 is down-regulated during aging. Hesperetin, a CISD2 activator, represents a promising and broadly effective translational approach to slowing down aging and promoting longevity for therapeutic purposes related to treating age-related diseases.
RenoSage™ - pro-luteolin/Alzheimer's and neuro disease
PPARγ agonists have shown potential in alleviating Alzheimer's disease symptoms by targeting amyloid and tau buildup, reducing neuroinflammation, and improving memory. Luteolin, an PPARγ partial agonist, effectively improved cognitive deficits in 3×Tg-AD mice and protected against Aβ-induced damage by activating PPARγ, suggesting it could be a promising therapeutic agent for AD.
RenoVital™ - pro-apigenin/age-related mitochondrial disfunction
CD38 inhibition increases intracellular NAD+ levels and activates SIRT1, benefiting metabolic syndrome. Apigenin, a CD38 inhibitor, raises NAD+ levels in obese mice, reducing global protein acetylation and improving glucose/lipid homeostasis. CD38 is a new target for treating age-associated metabolic diseases and mitochondrial dysfunction via NAD+-dependent pathways.
